Shikari Devi, Newly Built Temple, Mandi

This is the view of the temple of Shikari Devi newly constructed. The images in stones can be seen. There is the new cemented roof and stone 'Kalash' coloured red. The flag posts are so evident. There are some niches where different icons are kept. Bhairon and some Shakti and Shaiva idols are so visible. Here is also the assemblage of the local deities spread in the valley down. It appears as if here is the summit of local gods and goddesses. The temple is given a new fresh look and it appears quite gorgeous and splendid. The shrine is quite difficult to reach but then the devotees and pilgrims do not mind any walking and trekking to their beloved gods and goddesses.
